SB1261 by Armbrister (Relating to notice of proposed construction sent to the county commissioners court and others regarding, and the marking, location, and removal of, certain wireless communication facilities.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would place requirements on persons wanting to construct a wireless communication facility that is taller than 100 feet. Included in the requirements are filings with the county clerk or county official designated by a commissioners court. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds in each house; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2003.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
