No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would establish a standard permit for permanent concrete batch plants. It would provide for public notice and hearing procedures regarding the proposed standard permit. The bill also would add the standard permit to a list of actions to federal sources which may proceed before a federal operating permit is issued or revised. No additional state resources are expected to be required upon passage of the bill.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
