SB1280 by Fraser (Relating to the regulation of certain successors of electric cooperatives.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Utilities Code relating to the regulation of certain successors of electric cooperatives.  The analysis by the Public Utility Commission indicates that it could absorb the      costs associated with the bill within its current resources. 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
