SB1325 by Carona (Relating to renewable energy credit for converting solid waste into electric energy.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Utilities Code to further the state's policy of encouraging the conversation of solid waste to energy.  The Public Utility Commission and the Commission on Environmental Quality anticipate that any additional work as a result of the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed with current resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
