No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of both the Texas Department of Transportation and the Texas Department of Insurance, the provisions of the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state.

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
