No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure by exempting certain persons from registration under the Sex Offender Registration Program.  It is assumed that the bill would not have a significant impact on the State.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
