No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend eligibility for the Early High School Graduation Scholarship Program to require students to complete the recommended or advanced high school curriculum in order to be eligible. The Higher Education Coordinating Board has indicated that this change would not have significant fiscal implications to the state.
