No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize a school district to employ a principal under a term contract regardless of whether the person is being employed by the school district for the first time or whether a probationary contract would otherwise be required under the provisions of Section 21.102, Education Code.

Local Government Impact
