No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would abolish the Farm and Ranch Loan Security Fund, which is inactive with a zero balance; and it would repeal various provisions of the Agriculture Code relating to procedures and programs no longer used.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
