No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The institutions of higher education indicated there would be additional cost associated with the record keeping and acquisition and transportation of cadavers or anatomical specimens. Such increases in costs are dependent on the procedures adopted by the State Anatomical Board in implementing the legislation.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
