No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code to allow the use of an electronic pull-tab bingo ticket to play bingo subject to regulation by the Lottery Commission.

The Lottery Commission indicates it can implement the provisions of the bill within current resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
