No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide for gas utilities to reimburse the costs of an affected person or a municipality that is a party to a proceeding that results from a complaint filed against the utility. This provision is not expected to have a significant impact on state agency workload.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
