No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add Section 501.076 to the Transportation Code relating to the use of power or attorney in certain motor vehicle title transfers.

The Department of Transportation indicates the bill would have no fiscal implication for the state.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
