No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the governing body of a university system to develop performance measure standards that measure the availability of each institution to potential students and the success of students in meeting the academic requirements of the institution, relate to academic excellence, service and support by communities, and organizational efficiency and productivity.
