Based on the analysis by the Workers' Compensation Commission, the Board of Medical Examiners and the Board of Chiropractic Examiners, the provisions of the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state. The bill amends the Labor Code to eliminate any remaining barriers to information exchange between the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission, the Board of Medical Examiners and the Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
