No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The provisions of the bill makes some technical changes to define the Texas State Guard, their role as a volunteer military force, and the qualifications to volunteer for service in the Texas State Guard. The Texas State Guard is a volunteer organization; therefore, there is no fiscal impact according to the Texas Adjutant General Department.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
