No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code by changing the composition of the Board of Pardons and Paroles Policy Board from six members to seven members.  The Texas Department of Criminal Justice anticipates no fiscal impact from this bill. 


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
