IN RE:	SB1778 by Ogden (Relating to the authority of a higher education authority or nonprofit organization exercising the powers of a higher education authority to acquire, construct, improve, or finance facilities.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. 

 

A higher education authority would incur additional costs to communicate with counties, municipalities, school districts and other political subdivisions outside of its municipal jurisdiction, but these costs are not expected to be significant.
