No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would add the effectiveness of a district’s career and technology programs to the optional criteria that may be considered in determining school district accountability ratings. This bill has no direct fiscal implications for the Foundation School Program. No new actions would be required of the Texas Education Agency.
