Fiscal Analysis

The bill would make appropriations from the General Revenue Fund, various dedicated accounts in the General Revenue Fund, and other state and federal funds to pay miscellaneous claims and judgments against the state.

Methodology

The cost to the General Revenue Fund, dedicated accounts, and other state funds is the increased appropriation authority in fiscal year 2004 to pay the specific claims and judgments that would be settled.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
