IN RE:	SB1876 by Ratliff (Relating to the conditional grant program administered by the Texas Department of Transportation.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Transportation, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. 

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2003, and would not affect the eligibility of a person awarded a grant before the effective date either to receive the grant or to participate in the conditional grant program under current law.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
