No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require written plat approval from all county entities that have authority and jurisdiction over the drainage responsibilities of an area being subdivided or developed in certain counties. The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
