HB174 by Howard (Relating to benefits for members of the state military forces called to active state duty.), As Introduced

HB 174 proposes that a member of the state military forces who is ordered to active state duty by the governor or by other proper authority is entitled to the same benefits and protections provided to the United States' uniformed or military services as defined by U. S. code. The bill, if enacted, is not estimated to have a significant actuarial impact on any public retirement system.
