In response to your request for an Actuarial Impact Statement on HB725 (relating to adding employees/retirees of community supervision and correction departments to Texas Employee Group Insurance Program) the Pension Review Board has determined the following:

The bill, if enacted would not have any actuarial effect on a retirement system because it does not propose to change the funding or obligations of any public retirement system.
