HB1323 by Flores (Relating to the benefits provided to eligible survivors of certain public servants killed in motor vehicle accidents in the line of duty.), As Introduced

HB 1323 amends Section 615.021(a) of the Government Code to include eligibility for the payment of assistance to survivors where a listed individual dies in the course of duty as a result of motor vehicle accident. The bill, if enacted, will have no actuarial effect because it does not propose to change the funding or obligations of any public retirement system.
