HB2639 by Bailey (Relating to the coverage of certain adjunct faculty members of a public junior college under the Texas Employees Group Benefits Act.), As Introduced


HB 2639 allows certain faculty members of public junior colleges to participate in the Texas Employees Group Benefits Program. The bill, if enacted, will not have any actuarial effect because it does not propose to change the funding or obligations of any public retirement system.
