HB3365 by Isett (Relating to transferring deferred compensation plans for state employees from the Employees Retirement System to the Comptroller of Public Accounts.), As Introduced

HB 3365 amends various sections of the Government Code in order to transfer the responsibility of administration of deferred compensation plans for state employees from the Employees Retirement System to the Comptroller of Public Accounts. The bill, if enacted, will not have an actuarial effect because it does not propose to change the funding or obligations of any public retirement system.
