HJR100 by Davis, Yvonne (Proposing a constitutional amendment relating to the authority of the boards of trustees of certain state retirement systems to contract with professional investment managers.), As Introduced


HJR100 amends Section 67, Article XVI of the Texas Constitution to allow a statewide retirement system to contract with a private investment management firm. The bill, if enacted, will have no significant actuarial effect because it does not propose to change the funding or obligations of any public retirement system.
