SB85 by Wentworth (Relating to excepting military discharge records from required public disclosure and limiting the persons to whom the information may be disclosed.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law
and
(2) the access to government information.



Military discharge records in the possession of a governmental body are excepted from public disclosure.
