SB174 by Nelson (Relating to the confidentiality of information in an application for a marriage license.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law,
and
(2) the access to government information.



The bill would except marriage licenses filed with a county clerk from disclosure.
