SB297 by Janek (Relating to a firefighters' relief and retirement fund in certain municipalities.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open meetings law and
(2) the access to government information.



Under the bill any number of trustees could met in closed session to investigate, research, or review prospective or current investments.
