IN RE:	SB310 by Fraser (Relating to rate information to be filed by certain insurers of residential property; providing an administrative penalty.), As Passed 2nd House

As a result of this bill there will be no restriction upon:

(1) the open records law and
(2) the access to government information.

Information filed by an insurer with the Department of Insurance that was confidential under law before the effective date of the article remains confidential. Since public access to the information remains unchanged, there will be no restriction on the open records law.
