SB310 by Fraser (Relating to rate information to be filed by certain insurers of residential property; providing an administrative penalty.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law,
and
(2) the access to government information.



 

The bill would except insurance rate information filed with the Texas Department of Insurance by insurers from disclosure unless the information was for legislative purposes.
