IN RE:
SB644 by Wentworth (Relating to prohibiting a governmental entity from disclosing personal information of certain persons who hold a private pesticide applicator license and of their clients.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law and
(2) the access to government information.


Under the bill a governmental entity may not disclose, under certain conditions,  the name, address, or telephone number of a person who holds a private pesticide applicator license, the name, address, or telephone number of a owner or operator of land on which a predator control device has been used, or information identifying the land on which a predator control device was used.
