SB647 by Wentworth (Relating to excepting from required public disclosure under the public information law the assessments of a utility's vulnerability to intentional acts of harm.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law and
(2) the access to government information.


The bill would exempt from disclosure information prepared or assembled by or for a governmental body for the purpose of assessing the vulnerability of utility infrastructure or procedures to intentional acts of harm or information that assesses or describes existing or proposed measures to lessen the vulnerability of utility infrastructure or procedures to intentional acts of harm.
