SB1113 by Nelson (Relating to the governmental entities subject to, and the confidentiality of records under, the sunset review process.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law and
(2) the access to government information.


The bill would except working papers used or developed by the Sunset Commission in the performance of its duties and records the commission receives in connection with the performance of the commission's functions from the disclosure requirements of Section 552.021 of the Act.
