CSSB1318 amends Subchapter A, Chapter 2256 of the Government Code, defining fully collateralized securities lending programs as authorized investment securities for government entities. The bill, if enacted, is not anticipated to have an actuarial effect because it does not propose to change the funding or obligations of any public retirement system.
