Representative Elizabeth Jones further moved to adopt the changes to performance measures, FTE levels for fiscal years 2004-2005, exempt salary levels as indicated in the report or in the draft LBE and riders. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Funeral Services Commission The chair recognized Representative Solis to lay out the recommendations. Representative Solis moved the adoption of the building blocks and Method of Finance as recommended by the subcommittee and directed LBB to integrate the building blocks and the Method of Finance into the bill pattern.
