House Committee on Appropriations 3/4/2003 Texas Commission on Private Security The chair recognized Representative Berman to clarify previously adopted recommendations. Representative Berman moved that the budget for the Texas Commission on Private Security be adopted as presented. Representative Berman further moved to incorporate the functions of the Texas Commission on Private Security into the Department of Public Safety and further directed LBB to incorporate the agency into the bill pattern.
