Railroad Commission The chair recognized Representative Hamric to lay out the recommendations. Representative Hamric moved the adoption of the building blocks and Method of Finance as recommended by the subcommittee and directed LBB staff to integrate the building blocks and the Method of Finance into the bill pattern. Representative Hamric further moved to adopt the changes to performance measures as amended, FTE levels for fiscal years 2004-2005, exempt salary levels as indicated in the report or in the draft LBE and riders as laid out. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Texas Aerospace Commission The chair recognized Representative Isett to lay out the recommendations. Representative Isett moved the adoption of the building blocks and Method of Finance as recommended by the subcommittee and directed LBB staff to integrate the building blocks and the Method of Finance into the bill pattern. Representative Isett further moved to adopt the changes to performance measures, FTE levels for fiscal years 2004-2005, exempt salary levels listed in the report or in the draft LBE and riders as laid out.
