Representative Fred Brown moved the adoption of the building blocks and Method of Finance as recommended by the subcommittee and directed LBB staff to integrate the building blocks and the Method of Finance into the bill pattern. Representative Fred Brown further moved to adopt the changes to performance measures, FTE levels for fiscal years 2004-2005, exempt salary levels as indicated in the report or in the draft LBE and riders as laid out and amended.
