Without objection, the motion was adopted. Representative Pickett moved to adopt the rider as laid out and amended for the budget of the Library Archives Commission. Representative Pickett moved to adopt technical corrections as laid out for the budget of the Fiscal Programs-Comptroller of Public Accounts. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Representative Pickett moved to adopt the rider and changes to the bill pattern as laid out and amended for the budget of the Building and Procurement Commission.
