         Upon adjournment of the Appropriations Committee public hearing 
         Capitol Extension, E1.022 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 12, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met  
         in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Wohlgemuth, at 1:20 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Wohlgemuth; Eiland; Hupp; Truitt (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Davis, John; Dukes (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to discuss issues relating to  
         appropriations for 2004-2005.  
          
         At 1:23 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed until 4:00 p.m., March 12, 2003. 
          
         The committee reconvened at 4:20 p.m. and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Wohlgemuth. The roll was answered as  
         follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Wohlgemuth; Dukes; Eiland; Hupp (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Davis, John; Truitt (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee continued to discuss issues relating to  
         appropriations for 2004-2005.

         At 5:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed until 6:15 p.m., March 12, 2003. 
          
         The committee reconvened at 6:30 p.m. and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Wohlgemuth. The roll was answered as  
         follows: 
         Present:  Representatives Wohlgemuth; Dukes; Hupp; Truitt (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Davis, John; Eiland (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee continued to discuss issues relating to  
         appropriations for 2004-2005.

         At 8:52 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
