Absent: Representatives Kolkhorst; Martinez Fischer; Oliveira (3). A quorum was present. SB 611 The chair laid out SB 611. (Representative Kolkhorst now present.) Representative Elkins offered an amendment to the measure. The amendment was adopted without objection. Representative Elkins moved that SB 611, as amended, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following record vote: Ayes: Representatives Giddings; Elkins; Kolkhorst; Bohac; Moreno, Joe E.; Solomons; Zedler (7). Nays: None (0). Present, Not Voting: None (0).
