         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 12,  
         2003, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Woolley, at  
         12:05 p.m.

         and H.B. 6. 
          
         The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

         At 12:08 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
