         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 13, 2004, the House Committee  
         on Redistricting met in a public hearing and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Crabb, at 12:01 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Crabb; Grusendorf; Isett; King;  
                   Krusee; Luna; Morrison; Pitts; Talton (9). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Villarreal; Flores; Marchant;  
                   McClendon; Raymond; Wilson (6). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
                                             
         (Representative McClendon now present.) 
          
         At 12:58 p.m., on the motion of Representative Morrison and  
         without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call  
         of the chair.
