         met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Allen, at 10:05 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Allen; Alonzo; Hopson; Stick (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Haggerty (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 12:55 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
