         met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Allen, at 1:08 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representative Allen (1). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Alonzo; Haggerty; Hopson; Stick (4). 
          
         A quorum was not present.

         At 2:12 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
