Absent: Representatives Isett; Hughes; Thompson (3). A quorum was present. SB 275 The chair laid out SB 275, companion to HB 1233 which was previously voted favorably out of committee. Representative Keffer, Jim offered a complete committee substitute, and called on Represenative Solomons to explain the substitute. The committee substitute was adopted without objection. Representative Homer moved that SB 275, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
