         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 14,  
         2003, the House Committee on Energy Resources, Subcommittee on  
         House Bill 2006, met in a formal meeting and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Canales, at 12:10 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Canales; Jones, Elizabeth; Keffer,  
                   Bill (3). 
          
         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out HB 2006. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Jones, Elizabeth to explain  
         the measure.  
          
         Representative Keffer, Bill offered a complete committee  
         substitute.  
          
         Representative Keffer, Bill offered an amendment to the  
         committee substitute.  
          
         The amendment was adopted without objection. 
          
         Chairman Canales directed the clerk to roll the amendment into  
         an committee substitute. 
          
         The bill was left pending without objection.  
          
         At 12:35 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
